Further Note regarding compatibility:
We do not recommend this chip for asian v8 boards (
39005, 39006, 39007). This is because there seems to be a compatibility problem
with certain asian v8.
The chip have so far been tested and works fine on
the 79000 and 79002. Hence, we expect it to work with other 7900x models as
well.
