SHIPPING:
General
shipping times
The time it
takes you to receive your order will depend on the product availability and
shipping option selected during checkout. Items that are in stock and do not
require special procedures will generally ship within 24 hours of receiving full
payment. Any funds received for orders on Friday or the day immediately
proceeding a holiday will in most cases be shipped on the
next business day.
Shipping cost estimates
Shipping
costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process. Shipping costs can be
determined before completing checkout. You may add the items that you wish to
purchase and proceed through the checkout to the shipping page without
completing the order. If after viewing the shipping rates you do not wish to
complete the order simply close your browser or change to a different page. If
you wish to place the order simply continue the checkout process.
Delivery time
Along with
the shipping cost estimate you will see an estimated delivery date. Although
usually accurate these dates are not to be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
Factors such as stock, time of order, holidays, and other circumstances can lead
to delays.
Special
Note Concerning Small Packet Air:
This
shipping method is available on small packages bound for the
USA and other International destinations, these items
do come with insurance for loss and damage but do not come with tracking and no firm delivery estimates. In most cases small
packets air are delivered in 7-12 business days. However please note that
in order for a lost item claim to be filed 45 days must have elapsed from the
date of shipment. If after 45 days you have not received your
item simply fill out the
Contact Us/a> form with your order information and we will
investigate the situation for you.
In most cases
it will be required for a person to accept the package. Most packages will be
delivered between 8 am and 5 pm local time. In most cases if you are not home to
receive the package you will receive a notification of missed delivery, simply
follow the instructions provided to receive your package.

At the
present all shipping is done through Canada Post. You can find out more about

www.canadapost.ca. If you wish to have another shipping option that is not available automatically please

work with you on a custom shipping option that best suits your needs.
Tracking
your order
All shipping
methods through Canada Post excluding small package air come with a
tracking number. You can track your package with Canada Post by visiting
www.canadapost.ca and
residents of Canada may also
call 1-888 550-6333 Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time.
RETURNS:
(1) Unopened Items
Unopened items, in the
original condition that they were sent may be returned within 14 days for a
refund of the original selling cost (excluding shipping) minus a 15% restocking
fee.
(2)Opened Items
No refunds will be provided for opened items, items that are returned in an
opened state, will be treated on the following basis.
(a)Modchips
Due to the delicate nature
of these item in most cases returns will not be accepted. Some of these items
require professional installation and it is recommended that you seek it if you
do not feel 100% comfortable with installing it yourself. If after installation
you are 100% sure that the item is defective you may return it after
contacting us. After we have received the item we will fully test it and if:
(i)We
find the chip to be functional, we will inform you of our findings, at which point
you will have the choice of either paying for return shipping or surrendering
the device.
(ii)We
find the chip to be in a non working condition we will replace the item.
(b)Installation Kits
Due to the nature of these
items we will not take any returns of these items.
(c)Premodified Systems
All systems come with a 7
day warranty, if within this period you experience a problem and are 100% sure
that the item is defective you may return it after
contacting us. After we have
received the item we will fully test it and if:
(i)We
find the system to be functional we will inform you of our findings, and at
which point have the choice of either paying for return shipping or surrendering
the device.
(ii)We
find the system to be in a non working condition we will replace/repair the item.
(d)Other
If an item does not fall
under any previous category and you would like return and/or warranty information please
